Restrictions and solutions:
From the above forms, you may notice that only limited video and audio files can be shared on both Droid X and Xbox 360 via DLNA, like H.264, MPEG-4, WMV, etc.

Step 1: Make sure your Wi-Fi network is up and running.



Step 2: Turn on the Xbox 360 and ensure that it is connected to your Wi-Fi network.



Step 3: Open the apps tray on the Droid X and select the DLNA app. (If a message asking to turn on Wi-Fi connection pops up, just touch Yes and turn on Wi-Fi for the Droid X through the settings menu.)



Step 4: Check Support Xbox after pressing Menu hard key and selecting Settings. Than press back to exit.



Step 5: Touch Share media under the DLNA screen, and choose the specific media file type (videos, music or photos) you want to share on the My shared media screen. Then touch OK.



Step 6: Wait for a while, a green DLNA logo will appear in the status bar showing the DLNA connection succesffully.



Step 7: Check the Xbox 360 or Xbox for the Droid X and the specific media file you selected to stream and play.
