3. Click Settings, select the output profile of iPhone (H.264 or MPEG-4, whatever you like). Click OK if you finish the setting.

4. By clicking the Edit button, you can easily trim, crop, or add watermark for the movie. This step is optional. Simply check the Enable box for those features.
5. Choose output directory and start conversion. Leave it background and the app would take care of the rest.
Once the conversion is done, add the converted mp4 file to iTunes library and sync your device. Or you may check Manually manage your device and simply drag the video to your device’s playlists.
