Q1

* What are the differences between the trial version and the full version of Foxreal iMedia Converter?
A: Actually the trial version and the full version have the same functions. And the only difference is that the company logo Foxreal will appear in the middle of the ripped or edited Blu-ray and DVD files if you are using the trial version of Foxreal iMedia Converter. To get rid of the logo watermark, please purchase Foxreal iMedia Converter's full version.

Q2

* After inserting Blu-ray disc into my computer's hard drive, there is no response of your software. What's the matter?
A: In fact, the computer's own drive can not read Blu-ray discs. If you want to load Blu-ray files from your Blu-ray disc on your computer, an external Blu-ray drive is needed. After connecting this kind of Blu-ray drive with your computer, you can insert your Blu-ray disc into the Blu-ray drive and load Blu-ray files to the Foxreal iMedia Converter program for conversion.

Q3

* I have purchased the Blu-ray converting software, but there is no place to enter the key code.
A: Please first uninstall the trial version of the software from your Mac and click the download link after signing in the page: http://crm.foxreal.com/app/user/controller/index.php

Or, you can contact us to get the full version download link via the email address: support@foxreal.com.

Q4

* How to use the Full Disc Copy function of the program?
A: After loading Blu-ray movie files into this Blu-ray converter, you will view the Full Disc Copy button on the main interface of the program. Just check all the Blu-ray or DVD files and then click the Full Disc Copy button to start copying the entire Blu-ray or DVD disc backup at once.

Q6
* What are the differences between the Full Disc Copy and Directly Copy on your program?
A: The Full Disc Copy function allows you to make a full copy (1:1) of your Blu-ray or DVD discs with its original structures on your Mac while the Directly Copy mainly helps you backup or copy the desired Blu-ray or DVD files from your Blu-ray and DVD discs. And only in the File Mode, you are able to directly copy your Blu-ray or DVD files with the Blu-ray copy software.

Q7
* How to choose chapters and titles of my Blu-ray and DVD files with your software?
A: After loading your Blu-ray and DVD files into this program, you will view the files in the Title Mode by default. Right-click on the file area, you could select "Check All", "Uncheck All", "Check Subchapters" and "Uncheck Subchapters". Or, you can directly check the titles or chapters in the Blu-ray or DVD file list.

Q8

* I want extra HD audio file like DTS MA, Dolby True HD and others from Blu-ray files. Is it possible?
A: Currently the iMedia Converter can read all audio tracks of BD disc, including Dolby True HD audio, DTS-HD Master Audio, which allows you to select the desired audio track in the source BD file for your reference. So, you are able to rip TrueHD, DTS-HD to AAC, AC3 5.1 channels, etc. But the program can't generate TrueHD and DTS-HD audio file.

Q9
* I would like to watch Blu-ray movies in full screen on my Blu-ray player. What should I do?

A: Click the Edit icon to open the Editor panel. Just choose the Crop tab and drag the green frame on the video screen of the original window to cut off those unwanted parts to make it. Check Keep Original Aspect Ratio for the edited video if you need.

Q13
* Why is the output file so big and why does it take so much time for the conversion?
A: Actually it has something to do with several factors: source file types, the output profile settings and the computer environment, etc. Generally the higher bitrate and frame rate, the higher quality but the larger file size and the longer it will take. Also the faster the processor, the faster the conversion speed.

Q14

A: Yes. Just check "Merge into one file" before you start the video,Blu-ray or DVD conversion.

Q15

A: Yes. Specify the file you want to trim and then click on the edit icon to open the editor window. Then trim the video file to get the video length you prefer.
