Preparation:

Step 1: Run Foxreal Blu-ray to iPod Touch ripping software and click 
to load your Blu-ray or DVD files. (Please make sure your BD ROM and your PC are connected so that the BD disc can be loaded.)
Step 2: Choose Subtitles and Audio track language.
Click the triangle icon to choose the one you need from the drop-down list. Also you can check “Only show forced subtitles Audio” to get the ripped videos on your iPod Touch with forced subtitle.

Step 3: Set output format and folder.
You can click the triangle icon of “Output” to set the destination folder, and click “Format” to select the output format. To choose the compatible format for iPod touch, you can iPod from the drop-down list. Also you can enter iPod Touch in the search bar, and you will see there lists several options. Here format iPod Touch H.264 640*480 (*.mp4) at 30fps will be recommended. Other formats will also be OK and you can click “Settings” to adjust the video/audio parameters for better visual effect.
Step 4: Start to rip Blu-ray to iPod Touch.
Once you finished the above settings, you can click convert button
