* How to import TiVo video for conversion?
A:It is easy. First, you need transfer TV shows from TiVo to PC by using a third party – TiVo Desktop Software. (When your TiVo is connected to your home network, the TiVo Desktop Software on your PC will provide you with a list of available TV shows for transferring to your PC.)
Next, you could import TiVo files into the TiVo video converter by entering the Media Access key of your TiVo shows for conversion.

A: If in this case, you can try to change the priority. Bring up the Windows Task Manager and select the program in Process, right click on it and set the priority to BelowNormal.
