A: After loading DVD movie files into this DVD converter, you will view the Full Disc Copy button on the main interface of the program. Just check all the DVD or DVD files and then click the Full Disc Copy button to start copying the entire DVD or DVD disc backup at once.

Q4: What are the differences between the Full Disc Copy and Directly Copy on your program?
A: The Full Disc Copy function allows you to make a full copy (1:1) of your DVD or DVD discs with its original structures on your Mac while the Directly Copy mainly helps you backup or copy the desired DVD or DVD files from your DVD and DVD discs. And only in the File Mode, you are able to directly copy your DVD or DVD files with the DVD copy software.

Q5: How to choose chapters and titles of my DVD files with your software?
A: After loading your DVD and DVD files into this program, you will view the files in the Title Mode by default. Right-click on the file area, you could select “Check All”, “Uncheck All”, “Check Subchapters” and “Uncheck Subchapters”. Or, you can directly check the titles or chapters in the DVD or DVD file list.

Q6: I want extra HD audio file like DTS MA, Dolby True HD and others from DVD files. Is it possible?
A: Currently the Video DVD Converter Ultimate for Mac can read all audio tracks of BD disc, including Dolby True HD audio, DTS-HD Master Audio, which allows you to select the desired audio track in the source BD file for your reference. So, you are able to rip TrueHD, DTS-HD to AAC, AC3 5.1 channels, etc. But the program can’t generate TrueHD and DTS-HD audio file.

A: Just click the Settings button and set the video file size to 16x9 or 4x3 aspect ratio before converting the DVD movie files.

Q10: How to cut off black bars or edges from my DVD movies?
A: Click the Edit icon to open the Editor panel. Just choose the Crop tab and drag the green frame on the video screen of the original window to cut off those unwanted parts to make it. Check Keep Original Aspect Ratio for the edited video if you need.

Q11: Why is the output file so big and why does it take so much time for the conversion?
A: Actually it has something to do with several factors: source file types, the output profile settings and the computer environment, etc. Generally the higher bitrate and frame rate, the higher quality but the larger file size and the longer it will take. Also the faster the processor, the faster the conversion speed.

Q12: Could I combine various video files into a large one without interruptions?
A: Yes. Just check “Merge into one file” before you start the video, DVD conversion.

Q13 : Is it possible to split a large file into the specified video length?
