This article introduces its wireless streaming feature of DLNA sharing.
DLNA is a popular UPnP standard that widely used in all sorts of products and devices. Based on DLNA protocol, users are allowed to access and play any media content from the digital media server (DMS) as long as the local players are properly connected and setup. A DMS can be a network attached storage (NAS), a personal computer running media server program, or a smartphone/tablet with server app.
The NAS streams media files to ASUS Transformer. The Transformer here can be described as a digital media player(DMP). In addition, you may use your Transformer to remote control your TV to play movies on the NAS, if they are all properly connected to each other via local network and have the third-party DLNA apps set correctly.
Note that not all media files can be streamed. The DLNA protocol requires media files to be in proper formats. If your movie or music are not supported, you need to convert them to H.264 MP4, which is the best codec for wireless sharing.
Use Foxreal Video Converter to convert the videos. This is a program on Windows or Mac, which means you are unable to install it directly on your ASUS Transformer. Once you have the the app properly installed on your desktop or laptop, open this video converting tool and import the source video by clicking Add video icon on top-left corner.

Click Settings button. Choose the profile of H.264 MP4 or any other preset you like. Set video size to original.

Click OK, select the output directory and start conversion.
Once the conversion finished, copy the converted video to NAS and connect both your Transformer and NAS to local wifi. Then start enjoy the video.
