Q1: What are the differences between the trial version and the full version of ChewTune for Mac?
Q2: I have purchased the video conversion software, but there is no place to enter the key code.
Q3: I want extra HD audio file like DTS MA, Dolby True HD Dolby and others from iTunes files. Is it possible?
Q4: How to customize output settings for my video files?
Q5: How to keep the converted iTunes movies with its original aspect ratio (16x9 or 4x3)?
Q6: Why is the output file so big and why does it take so much time for the conversion?

Q1: What are the differences between the trial version and the full version of ChewTune for Mac?
A: Actually the trial version and the full version have the same functions. And the only difference is that the company logo Foxreal will appear in the middle of the converted iTunes and Amazon files if you are using the trial version of ChewTune for Mac. To get rid of the logo watermark, please purchase ChewTune for Mac’s full version.

Q2: I have purchased the video conversion software, but there is no place to enter the key code.
A: Please first uninstall the trial version of the software from your Mac and click the download link after signing in the page:
    http://pavtubecrm.pavtube.com/app/user/controller/index.php
If your software brand is Foxreal (Purchased before Foxreal acquired by Pavtube), please sign in this page:
    http://crm.foxreal.com/app/user/controller/index.php
Or, you can contact us to get the full version download link via the email address: support@pavtube.com.

Q3: I want extra HD audio file like DTS MA, Dolby True HD and others from iTunes movie files. Is it possible?
A: Currently the ChewTune for Mac can read all audio tracks from videos purchased from iTunes, including Dolby True HD audio, DTS-HD Master Audio, which allows you to select the desired audio track in the source BD file for your reference. So, you are able to rip TrueHD, DTS-HD to AAC, AC3 5.1 channels, etc. But the program can’t generate TrueHD and DTS-HD audio file.

Q4: How to customize output settings for my video files?
A: Once the output format is selected, you could adjust the file’s bitrate, frame rate, codec, sample rate and channels under the Profile Settings window after clicking the Settings button.

Q5: How to keep the converted iTunes movies with its original aspect ratio (16x9 or 4x3)?
A: Just click the Settings button and set the video file size to 16x9 or 4x3 aspect ratio before converting the Blu-ray movie files.

Q6: Why is the output file so big and why does it take so much time for the conversion?
A: Actually it has something to do with several factors: source file types, the output profile settings and the computer environment, etc. Generally the higher bitrate and frame rate, the higher quality but the larger file size and the longer it will take. Also the faster the processor, the faster the conversion speed.
