To install Foxreal Video Converter, just follow the steps below:
1) Go to page /Video-Converter/ and download setup file video_converter_setup.exe
2) Double click on the setup file to begin installation.
3) Follow the instructions to install Foxreal Converter on your PC.
To uninstall Foxreal Video Converter, you can do as the following two methods:
Method One: Hit Windows Start and go through the following options: All Programs > Foxreal > Video Converter > Uninstall Video Converter.
Method Two: From Windows Start menu, select to open “Windows Control Panel”. Double click “Add or Remove Program”, scroll to “Video Converter”, and click Remove.

Trial before you purchase
If you are using Trial version, you can start your trial now. But please note that there will be Foxreal watermark in the middle of the converted video. Conversion is fast but still takes time, especially for large and high quality videos. In order to save your time and energy, it’s highly recommended to convert only a small part of your whole video to see the effect using Trim function which you can find in Edit Video File section of this tutorial.
Download Retail/Full Version of the Program
After your purchasing, you will receive an email from SWreg, the platform we are using to sell the product, with an activation link to your CRM account. You can click to activate your account, set your Account name and password, and then you can login to get the download link and registration code for the full version. Whenever you lost your product or registration code, you can login to find it again or contact our support via support@foxreal.com. If you have already registered an account before purchasing, you can login directly to get information of the full version program you just purchased.
Foxreal User Management Center (CRM)
Register the program
For the first time running the retail/full version program, you will launch the Registration Window. You can insert the registration code you get from Foxreal User Management Center under your account and click Register button. After this operation, you can use all functionalities of this program.
After launching Foxreal Video Converter, the main interface will show up. You can import the videos, audios or images to the file list for editing and converting.
There are three methods you can choose to load video files into Foxreal Video Converter:
1) Click “File > Add Video (A)” to load the source video, audio or image files.
2) Click 
icon in the toolbar to add the wanted files into the file list.
3) Directly drag or drop the source video, audio or image files from your PC or removable media to the file list.

*Edit Video File:
To edit a video, you first need to specify it in the file list, and then activate the 
icon. As you see, the “Edit” icon is grayed out, by default.
In Video Editor window, you will notice 6 editing options: Trim, Crop, Text Watermark, Image/Video Watermart, Effect and Audio Replace.
Trim - Get the specific video/audio length you want.
Crop - Cut off those unwanted parts from the video, and set the aspect ratio.
Text Watermark - Add text watermark/logo to the selected video clip or all video clips
Image/Video Watermark - Add image or video watermark/logo to the selected video clip or all video clips.
Effect - Adjust the brightness, contrast and saturation of the video file and add a certain effect to the file.
Audio Replace - Replace the original audio line with your favorite music.
How to Trim Video:
After clicking “Trim” tab, you can choose one of the ways to trim your video file:
1) Input specific values in “Start” and “End” box to keep the video length between the two values.
2) Directly drag the control strip(s)/slider(s) to specify the video length you want to keep.
3) Click the left square bracket to set the start point and click the right square bracket to set the end point to get the video length you plan to remain when you are previewing the video.
How to Crop Video:
In Crop tab, there are three ways to cut off the black edges and unwanted parts from your video:
1) Directly drag or drop the crop frame by moving the mouse cursor to the desired area of the video.
2) Type in specific values in Left, Top, Width and Height box to crop the video clips.
3) Drag sliders (Left, Top, Width and Height) to constrict the area you plan to remain.
While cropping, you can set whether to maintain aspect ratio.
Clicking the Lock button, you can change the state of keeping Aspect Ratio while cropping.
1) Opening the Lock (by default), showing Unlimited, you can crop the video at random with any height and width.
2) With the Lock closed, showing Keep Ratio, you can choose specific Aspect Ratio for cropping, so that no matter how you are dragging edges of the video, bars of L, W, H, and T, or inserting specific number of the L, W, H, and T, the cropped video will still follow the selected Aspect Ratio in Operation Ratio box.
The Operation Ratio is only for setting Aspect Ratio while cropping. The eternal Aspect Ratio of the output video file depends on Size (pix) you selected in Format box on main interface as is shown in Output Size box in Crop tab. You can also change it here by clicking the Right Arrow button, Button 1 as shown in the following picture.
In Output Mode box, you can choose way to show the video if the cropped Aspect Ratio does not fit output Aspect Ratio.
It’s highly recommended to use the same Operation Ratio as the Ratio of Output Size, so that the video will perfectly keep the original quality no matter selecting Fit or Stretch. For example, if selecting 1920*1080 as Output Size, you’d better choose Original or 16:9 in Operation Ratio. The Output Info shows you estimated output Aspect Ratio and Output Mode.
If Operation Ratio does not fit output Aspect Ratio, there will be conditions as follows.
Fit: The output video will remain the original Aspect Ratio, and there might be black bars on bottom & top or left & right.
Stretch: The cropped video will be stretched to fit adapt to the Output Size. Things in the video will become taller & thinner or shorter & fatter.
Apply to All: By clicking Button 2 in the picture above, you can apply all settings in Cropping tab to all videos you have imported to this program listing on program Main Interface.
Reset: By clicking Button 3 in the picture above, you can reset all crop settings you have done on this tab.

How to Add Text Watermark:
Under the Text Watermark section, you can follow the steps to add text watermarks:
Step 1: Check “Enable” to activate the function.
Step 2: Type the text in text watermark box
Step 3: Specify the position of the text on your video.
After adding the text watermark, you are able to drag the text in Output preview window, or drag sliders of Left and Top to set the text watermark’s position.
Step 4: Edit the text watermark.
If you like, you can adjust the Font, Color, Size and Style of the text to meet your needs. To add Strikeout, Underline and Transparent effect for the text is available as well.
Apply to all - Make it possible to apply the setting in Text Watermark to all videos that are listed in file list.

How to Add Image/Video Watermarks:
Under the Image/Video Watermark section, you are allowed to add image or video watermark to the selected video by following the steps:
Step 1: Check “Enable” to activate the function.
Step 2: Click “Browse” to import the image or video file you plan to use as a watermark.
Step 3: Specify the position of the image or video on your video.
After adding the image or video, you could drag sliders “Left” and “Top” or just enter specific values into “Left” and “Top” boxes to specify its position.
Step 4: Adjust the image/video watermark size.
You can directly drag the slider bars of “Width” and “Height” or enter specific values into “Width” and “Height” boxes to set the watermark’s size.

How to Add Effect:
Under the Effect section, you can do some special effects as below:
Brightness - Directly drag the Brightness slider to adjust the video’s brightness.
Contrast - Directly drag the Contrast slider to adjust the video’s contrast.
Saturation - Directly drag the Saturation slider to adjust the video’s saturation.
Effect - From the drop-down list, you can choose to add Simple blur, Simple laplacian sharpen, Aged film, Flip color, Invert or none to your video.
Deinterlacing - Support to eliminate the interlacing lines or strips to get a visual effect, specially for those HD footages in .mts, .tod, .mod, .mov, .etc. format.
Apply to all - Allow to apple the settings to all videos in file list.
Reset-Support to reset to its default settings.

How to Replace Audio Track:
Under the Audio Replace section, it is to replace audio line from your video file.
Step 1: Check “Enable” to activate the function.
Step 2: Click “Browse” to select the auido or video file you like.
Loop - Allow to make the audio repeat to fit the video length of the video.

Foxreal Video Converter will specify a default folder to save video files after conversion. Or, you can set the output location for your reference by clicking “Browse” button to determine where to save the converted video files.

Want to further customize the selected output format for better video quality? Please click “Settings” button to realize it by adjusting video/audio parameters.
Video - Support to set video Codec, Size(pix), Bitrate(kbps), Frame rate(fps) to optimize video quality.
Audio - Support to set audio Codec, Sample rate(hz), Bitrate(bps), channels to optimize audio quality.
Save as - Save your settings as a new format for next use.
Foxreal Video Converter allows you to create a new format by adjusting the audio/video parameters. Even you can click “Save as” button and rename the format before clicking “OK” to save the new format. If you like, you can easily use the created video format in “Custom” option.
Reset - Allow you to reload the default settings

Once all the necessary settings are done, you can click Convert Button 
to start the video conversion. Generally, you will see the conversion window as below:
Under the conversion window, you can get detailed information about the total progress of converting, time elapsed, time left, generated size and estimated size.
View log - Allow to check detailed logo report.
Pause - Able to suspend the converting progress.
Stop - Able to cancel the converting.
Shut download computer after conversion - Make it possible to shut download your computer after the conversion is finished automatically.

Click “Options”, you will see three tabs: General, Thumbnail and tivo.
General
Rename - Support to rename the current output file to avoid overwriting existing file.
Over Write - Able to overwrite the existing file.
Skip - Enable to skip the conversion with identical file name in the output folder.
Thumbnail
Save to - Determine where to save the snapshots on your PC.
Format - Choose the snapshot format as .jpg, .bmp, .png, tiff, bmp.
TiVo
Media Access Key - Type in your TiVo files’ media access key to load TiVo files.
